2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same family operate multiple accounts from the same device or network, l999 reserves the right to review those accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. l999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party. Any unauthorised activity detected on an account must be reported to l999 support immediately.

Age Requirements and Eligibility

All services on l999 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, the user declares that they are at least 21 years old. l999 may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

l999 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the user must wager the bonus amount 20 times — only after that can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly as cash — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected, l999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• l999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

l999's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on l999 are processed in real time. If a bet is not confirmed for any reason (system error, network issue), it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault in any game or service produces an abnormal result, l999 reserves the right to void the affected bets. l999 is not obliged to pay out winnings resulting from software bugs or errors. In such situations, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, l999's specific sports betting rules apply. If a match is abandoned or the required number of overs is not completed, l999 will settle the relevant bets according to its own rules. For live betting, odds may change at any time.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

Match fixing, arbitrage betting, the use of bots, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and winnings may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

l999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Use of an account by a minor.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
